Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 346(HES)                                                
"An Act requiring the Department of Health and Social Services                
to establish a waiting list for state-funded services for persons with         
developmental disabilities and requiring the department to submit              
an annual report concerning the waiting list and persons with                  
developmental disabilities."
